Charges apply for each day your pet is with us
This includes both the day of arrival and day of departure (unless collected before 10.00am). Daily charges are double for Christmas Day and Boxing Day. In addition, we are not open for drop offs or collections on these two days.

Prices include food, heating, insurance and VAT.
All animals must have a current vaccination certificate to be shown to staff on arrival. All dogs must be innoculated against Kennel cough.
We hold in stock most major brands of pet food, however we cannot stock them all. We can feed personal diets if you wish to bring your own, but the board rate will remain the same.
We supply beds and bedding but you are welcome to bring your pets familiar toys, chews or comfort blankets, with the understanding that we can use or discretion in their use.
In addition, please understand that like with our own belongings, accidents can happen to them. We cannot be responsible if they are soiled, lost or destroyed, although the greatest of care will be taken of them.
We also are able to offer day care facilities for your pet. Please contact us for more information.
